摘要:船舶锚机的控制系统十分复杂,尤其是起锚阶段,锚链上的受力不断变化,锚链张力和链索的速度之间存在耦合关系,难以建立精确的系统数学模型,提出基于量子粒子群优化模糊PID控制器的隶属度函数算法对控制变量进行寻优,利用PLC编制算法程序,通过变频器调节占空比使锚机输出相应的速度,从而实现锚机的智能控制。仿真结果表明,系统运行误差小、响应速度快、无超调、鲁棒性好,具有很好的应用价值。 关键词:锚机;粒子群优化算法;模糊PID;隶属度函数;PLC 变频器 Abstract: Ship windlass control system is very complicated, and the anchor stage is especially complex. As the anchor force changes constantly, and coupling exsits between the chain tension and the chain speed, it is hard to establish its precise mathematical model. A fuzzy PID controller with algorithm based on quantumbehaved particle swarm optimization (PSO) was introduced in the paper to optimize the membership function of the controller for its decision variables. Using PLC to program the algorithm, then the inverter adjusted its duty ratio and a corresponding speed came out by the windlass, so as to achieve intelligent control of the windlass. Simulation results show that the system runs with little steadystate error, fast response, no overshoot and good robustness, and has good application value.
