摘要:设计了一种直径15mm微型永磁同步马达,马达转子为永磁体,定子采用可挠线圈与导磁外壳相结合的结构;通过电磁分析软件JMAG建立微马达数字模型并进行2D瞬态电磁场有限元分析,根据结果求得马达的感应电动势常数和转矩常数;研制了微型马达样机,测试其转速-反电动势与扭矩-电流曲线,结果显示样机实测值与仿真具有较好的一致性,为微型永磁马达进一步设计与应用提供理论数据和数字模型。 关键词:微型永磁马达;JMAG;可挠线圈;有限元分析;实验研究 Abstract: A micro permanent magnet synchronous motor with 15mm diameter was designed in this paper. The motor was formed with permanent magnet rotor and flexible coil stator in magnetic cover. 2D transient analysis and calculation was carried out for micro permanent magnet motor, which based on professional electromagnetic analysis software JMAG. According to the simulation results obtained, got the unloaded back EMF and torque constant of micro motor. SpeedEMF curve and torquecurrent curve of the micro motor prototype were tested. The test results show that the simulation results are correct and feasible, providing reliable foundation for the further design and application of the micro permanent magnet motor.
