摘要:本文旨在研究盘式涡流耦合器涡流分布特点。采用解析法得到了涡流密度的函数表达式;利用三维有限元法分别计算正常工作状态和起动状态下涡流径向分量和周向分量沿径向和周向分布的三维图形并总结涡流沿周向、径向、轴向的分布特点。根据涡流密度的函数表达式着重分析了导体盘材料、气隙长度和转差率三个重要因素对涡流的影响。通过对盘式永磁涡流耦合器涡流特点的把握,合理的解释了轴向磁力随转差率变化的规律。 关键词:盘式永磁涡流耦合器;涡流分布特点;解析法;三维有限元法;轴向磁力 Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the changing discipline of eddycurrent of disc permanentmagnet eddycurrent coupling. Analytical method was adopted to get expression of the eddycurrent density. 3D FEM was adopted to obtain the 3D distribution graph along with radial and circumferential direction of eddycurrent on radial and circumferential components. And the characteristics of distribution of eddycurrent along with radial, circumferential and axial directions were summarized. Three important factors of the influence of eddycurrent, conductor plate material, airgap length and slip were analyzed according to the expression of eddycurrent density. Through the grasp of the characteristics of eddycurrent, the law of the axial magnetic force changing with slip was explained reasonably.
