摘要:盘式永磁同步交流调速电机以其特殊的结构,优越的性能特点被逐步应用于石油行业。文中提出了一种双定子单转子盘式永磁同步交流调速电机,其主要应用在顶驱设备上。研究了电机空载与负载状态下的电机性能,设计两种螺旋水道进行温度场对比分析,并对主要结构进行了有限元分析。该电动机采用了优化的电磁方案,紧凑的结构设计以及独特的螺旋水道冷却方式。经样机试验,该电机具有良好的调速和温升性能。为指导下一步研发更高功率的同类型电机打下了坚实的基础。 关键词:盘式永磁同步交流调速电机;结构;电磁;冷却 Abstract: Disc permanent magnet synchronous AC speed regulating motor is gradually used in petroleum industry due to its special structure and excellent performance.A disc permanent magnet synchronous AC speed regulating motor applied to top drive device with double stators and single rotor was presented in this paper.Besides,noload and load state was discussed,two spiral channels were designed and compared in the temperature field,and the main structure was analyzed by finite element method.Optimized electromagnetic scheme,compact structure design and unique spiral channel cooling method were adoped.Prototype machine experiment shows that it has good frequency control of motor speed. It can build the stable foundation for later research and development of same type motor which has higher power.
