摘要:针对无刷直流电机转矩脉动产生的原因,验证无铁心无刷直流电机在抑制转矩脉动上的优势,考虑盘式无铁心无刷直流电动机小电感的特点,提出一种基于降压斩波电路(Buck Chopper)的新型控制方式。给出了控制系统的整体方案,并在Simulink中进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,使用Buck斩波电路控制的盘式无铁心无刷直流电动机转矩脉动小,控制性能良好。 关键词:盘式无铁心无刷直流电动机;转矩脉动;控制系统;Simulink仿真 Abstract: The causes of torque ripple of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) was analyzed, and the coreless BLDCM was verified that it had advantages in the suppression of the torque ripple. Coreless disk BLDCM as a typical coreless BLDCM with small inductance characteristics, a new control method based on the Buck chopper for coreless disk BLDCM was presented in this paper. The overall program of the control system was established in Simulink. The simulation results show that the control system based on Buck chopper for coreless disk BLDCM can minimize the torque ripple, and gain good control performance.
