摘要:针对电驱动动态测试控制过程存在开环控制、误差传递及速度变化响应控制滞后的问题,提出基于模糊控制的力矩预估控制方法与误差回馈修正方法。方法建立了基于模糊控制的力矩预估控模型及其预估误差与定时误差回馈修正模型。在LabVIEW软件平台实现了控制算法,并基于电驱动系统测试台架对某款电动中巴电驱动系统进行了动态测试验证。试验结果表明,该控制方法使测试系统有效拟合目标工况并及时响应力矩变化,降低了测试控制周期的平均偏差,减小了误差传递的影响,为电驱动动态测试提供了一项有效可行的控制方法。 关键词:电动汽车;电驱动系统;动态测试;力矩预估控制 Abstract: For the disadvantage existed in the control method of dynamic test of electric drive system, such as openloop control, error propagation and speed response′s control lagging, a torque prediction control method based on fuzzy logic and error correction model was presented. A torque prediction fuzzy logic controller and error correction model were established. The control algorithms were built based on Labview and dynamic test of electric drive system of one electric minibus were carried out based on test bench. The result show that the torque prediction control method studied here can fit the driving cycle and respond to the changes of torque timely, reduce the average time deviation of control period and the influence of error propagation. The method provides an efficient control for dynamic test of electric drive system. Key words:electric vehicle ; electric drive system ; dynamic test ; torque prediction control
