摘要:为简化对Ansoft Maxwell 2D的电机气隙磁场傅里叶分解数据的分析和处理,利用Excel VBA设计了电机气隙磁场谐波分析程序。本文介绍了Ansoft Maxwell 2D傅里叶分解工具的使用方法,给出了谐波与横坐标的对应关系、VBA程序设计的思路和代码的实现。利用所设计的程序分别对48槽8极三相永磁同步电动机和8槽6极单相永磁同步电动机的电枢磁场进行分析,准确得到各磁场谐波所对应的次数,并验证了程序结果的正确性。本文所设计的程序对电机气隙磁场谐波的分析具有实用价值。 关键词:气隙磁场谐波;Ansoft Maxwell 2D;傅里叶分解;Excel VBA;永磁同步电动机 Abstract: In order to simplify analysis and processing of Ansoft Maxwell 2D FFT data of motor′s magneticfield wave, the electric machinery airgap magneticfield harmonic analysis program was designed based on Excel VBA. The using method of Ansoft Maxwell 2D FFT tool was introduced, the corresponding relation between harmonics and abscissa, the ideas of VBA program and realization of code was given. The armature magneticfield of 48 slots 8 poles threephase permanent magnet synchronous motor and 8 slots 6 poles singlephase permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed through the program of design; the harmonic number was obtained accurately; the correctness of the program results was verified. The program of design in this paper has practical value for analysis of motor′s airgap magneticfield harmonic.
