摘要:建立环状永磁体转子无刷直流电机磁场解析模型。利用分离变量法求解模型中标量磁位的拉普拉斯方程与泊松方程,从而得到了电机的气隙磁密解析解,并与有限元仿真结果对比,验证了模型准确性。利用上述解析结果分别建立了环状转子与分块状转子无刷直流电机模型,对比分析了在外形尺寸和空载气隙磁密相同条件下,两类无刷直流电机的感应电动势、电磁转矩及其波动、转矩系数以及材料成本等特性,为该类电机设计及应用提供了良好的理论基础。 关键词:环状永磁体;无刷直流电机;解析模型;对比分析 Abstract: In this paper, a magnetic field analytical model of ring permanent magnet rotor brushless DC motor was established. The laplace equation and the poisson equation of the scalar magnetic potential in this model were solved by the separation variable method, then the air gap flux density analytical model was obtained. Compared with the finite element analysis simulation results to verify the accuracy of the model. Based on the above analysis results, the ring permanent magnet rotor and partitioned permanent magnet rotor brushless DC motor was respectively designed. Based on the same conditions of motor dimensions and noload air gap flux density, two types of brushless DC motor induced phase voltage, electromagnetic torque and its fluctuation, torque coefficient, material cost and other characteristics were analyzed, respectively, which provides a good theoretical basis for the design and application of this kind of motor.
