摘要:以热声发电系统的运行特性为基础,采用轴向叠片结构的横向磁通永磁直线电机能量转换装置,横向磁通永磁直线电机次级铁心上加装永磁体,横向及轴向相邻永磁体极性相反。通过有限元分析可知,电机的主磁通通过次级永磁体经由气隙-初级铁心进入相邻的横向永磁体构成磁回路,磁回路平面与电机运行方向正交。在行程小于15axial的合理行程范围内,沿轴向各处的径向气隙磁感应强度呈现准方波形式,气隙磁感应强度幅值为078T,在频率为110Hz,幅值为471m/s的正弦速度运行状态下,输出电压幅值为137V,基波含量达957%,证明横向磁通永磁直线电机适用于热声发电系统这类高频短行程往复振荡运行工况。 关键词:热声发电系统;横向磁通永磁直线电机;往复振荡 Abstract: Based on the operation characteristics of thermoacoustic power generation system, a transverse flux permanent magnet linear motor energy conversion device with axial laminated structure was adopted. Permanent magnets were added to the secondary core of the transverse flux permanent magnet linear motor, and the polarity of the transverse and axial adjacent permanent magnets was opposite. The finite element analysis showed that the main flux of the motor entered the adjacent transverse permanent magnet through the secondary permanent magnet through the air gapprimary core to form the magnetic circuit, and the magnetic circuit plane was orthogonal to the direction of the motor. Within the reasonable range of stroke less than 15axial, the radial air gap magnetic induction intensity along the axis presents quasisquare waveform, and the amplitude of air gap magnetic induction intensity is 078T Under the sinusoidal speed operating condition with frequency 110 Hz and amplitude 471m/s, the output voltage amplitude is 137V and the fundamental wave content is 957%. It proves that the transverse flux permanent magnet linear motor is suitable for the operating conditions of high frequency short stroke reciprocating oscillation as thermoacoustic power generation system.
