摘要:小功率永磁电机的振动主要来自电磁振动,电磁振动主要来源于电机的径向电磁力波,因此对电机的径向电磁力波进行了分析,给出了可能引起振动的主要力波的频率和幅值。对电机进行了磁固耦合分析,得到了电机的振动响应和声场的分布情况,分析了电机结构参数对电磁振动的影响。对电机进行了模态分析,获得了电机的固有频率,为电机设计过程中合理避开共振点提供依据。 关键词:潜油永磁电机;径向电磁力;磁固耦合;模态分析 Abstract: The vibration of small power permanent magnet motor mainly comes from electromagnetic vibration. Electromagnetic vibration is mainly derived from the radial electromagnetic force wave, so the radial electromagnetic force wave was analyzed, the main frequency and amplitude of force wave, which [JP2]caused vibration, was given. Magnetic solid coupling analysis was carried out on the motor, and the distribution[JP] of the vibration response and acoustic field was derived. Influence of motor structure parameters on the electromagnetic vibration was analyzed. The modal analysis was carried out on the motor. And natural frequency of the motor was obtained, which provided the basis for reasonable motor design process to avoid the resonance point.
