以三相6/4开关磁阻电机为例,首先基于Ansoft有限元分析软件提出线性参数化设计优化流程,结合潜水泵体积小、气隙大、电压等级低、可靠性要求高的特点,设计一台30W的潜水泵开关磁阻电机模型。然后,在电机部分参数受限下,探讨电机结构参数和开通角、关断角对电机输出转矩和效率的影响,得出一般性设计参考和优化模型。最后,在此基础上,定子采用T型齿,并探究其尺寸参数对电机性能的影响,通过有限元法验证采用T型定子齿的6/4极潜水泵用开关磁阻电机的优化设计。 关键词:潜水泵;有限元;效率;输出转矩;定子齿形 Abstract: Taking threephase switched reluctance motor (SRM) with 6/4 structure for example, a linear parameterization design and optimization routine based on ansoft finite element analysis (FEA) was proposed at first. Then it is implemented to design a 30W SRM for submerged pump with small volume, large gap dimension, low voltage class and high reliability requirements. Under partial parameter constraints, the influence of motor structure parameters, turnon and turnoff angle on the performance of the motor was discussed to obtain the general design reference and optimized design. In the end, based on the reference, the stator with T type tooth shape was used and the influence of dimensions on performance of the motor was discussed. The optimized design of the 6/4 SRM with T type shape stator for submersible pump was verified by FEA. Key words: Submersible pump;FEA;Efficiency;Output torque;T shaped stator tooth |
