摘要:凸极定转子结构及开关电源供电方式使得无轴承开关磁阻电机(BSRM)存在较大的电磁振动问题。混合定子齿无轴承开关磁阻电机可实现转矩和悬浮力之间的解耦,从而简化数学建模和控制策略。本文基于一12/14混合结构BSRM,研究了混合定子齿BSRM的定子振动特性。介绍了悬浮运行原理,分析了径向电磁力特性,运用了有限元法对电机进行了模态分析,并且建立了系统振动仿真模型,然后通过和传统BSRM进行对比,综合分析了混合定子齿BSRM的振动特性。 关键词:BSRM ;径向力;模态分析;电磁振动 Abstract: The Bearingless Switched Reluctance Motor(BSRM) features severe magnetic vibrations because of the doublesalient structure and power supply in switching mode. BSRM with hybrid stator poles can effectively achieve the decoupling between the torque and levitation force so as to simplify the derivation of mathematical model and motor control. The paper dealed with the stator vibration characteristics of a novel BSRM with 12/14 pole structure, in which the stator poles were designed in unequal dimensions. To better understand the novel motor, the suspending principle and radial force were studied in this paper and modal analysis was conducted by FEM at the same time. Finally, the vibration characteristic of novel BSRM was analyzed by the comparison with conventional 12/8 BSRM in simulink. Key words: BSRM;radical force;natural frequency;electromagnetic vibration
