摘要:永磁伺服电机存在齿槽转矩,影响电机的低速性能和高精度定位。准确测试电机的齿槽转矩,可为电机在设计阶段提供更多的数据支持,因此研制了一种永磁电机齿槽转矩测试装置。本文从理论角度分析了该装置的可行性,研制了稳定拖动被试电机的装置,并通过悬挂砝码施加恒定转矩的方式验证了该装置的可行性。同时将被试电机在测试装置与砝码法的测试结果进行对比,系统地阐述了所述测试装置的实用性。 关键词:永磁电机;齿槽转矩;减速器;测试装置 Abstract: Permanent magnet motor has cogging torque, which affects the low speed performance and high precision positioning of the motor. And accurate test of the cogging torque of the motor can provide more data support for the motor in the design stage. Therefore, the testing device of permanent magnet motor cogging torque was designed. From the theoretical point of view, the feasibility of the device was analyzed, meanwhile, a device of stably drag the test motor was designed,and used the hanging weight method to verify the feasibility of the device. At the same time, the test results of the test device and the weight method were compared, and expound the practicability of the testing device.
