摘要:近年来永磁无刷直流电动机已经成为伺服驱动控制系统首选方案,在永磁无刷电动机经典控制理论中忽略了电枢反应、磁路饱和以及系统延时等因素,在高速或大力矩运行时,实测力矩系数迅速降低,驱动效率明显低于理论计算值。在驱动程序中适当调节导通角度,即增加相位超前角设置,可以大幅提高电动机过载能力和运行效率。以往文献中多从驱动角度分析相位超前角,本文从电机本体分析相位超前角产生的原因。针对不同转子结构类型进行定量分析,再结合有限元分析软件对相位超前角进行定量计算。经试验验证,计算结果对实际参数调节具有比较理想的指导作用。 关键词:永磁无刷电动机;相位超前角;电枢反应 Abstract: In recent years, PMbrushless DC motor has become preferred option to servo drive control system. In the classical control theory of PMbrushless motor, the factors such as armature reaction, magnetic circuit saturation and delay of system are ignored. To the highspeed or great torque operation system, the measured torque coefficient is rapidly reduced, and the drive efficiency is lower than theoretical calculation, significantly. In the driver program, adjusting the conduction angle properly is setting of increasing the phase advance angle, which can greatly improve the motor overload capacity and operating efficiency. The document analyzed the phase advance angle from the perspective of driving in the past, this paper analyzed the cause of the phase advance angle from the motor body. Aiming at different rotor structures, to do some quantitatively analysis, and combined with FEA software to quantity the phase advance angle. The experiment verified that the calculation results have an ideal guiding effect on adjustment of actual parameters. Key words: PM brushless motor;phase advance angle;armature reaction |
