摘要:文章提出一种非接触式永磁磁滞阻尼电机设计方法,它能提供光滑、可调、与转速无关的控制转矩。具有稳定可靠、使用转速高、噪音小、使用寿命长、维护成本低等特点。以某型军用阻尼电机为研究对象,从电机电磁结构、机械结构、温度场分布等方面建模分析了电机对大变温、强振动环境的适应能力。经过样机测试结果分析,表面所建立的仿真模型能够有效指导该类电机设计。 关键词:永磁体;可调阻尼;磁滞电机 Abstract: A noncontact permanent magnetic hysteresis damping motor is designed, which can provide smooth and adjustable control torque independent of rotational. The motor has the characteristics of stable and reliable, high speed, low noise, long service life, low maintenance costs. The paper take some type of military damping motor as the research object from the mechanical structure, electrical structure, temperature field analysing the adaptability .After the sample machine test results show that the simulation model can be effective to guide the design of this type of motor.
