摘要:对伺服电机的转矩波动性能指标进行测试时,伺服电机安装在测试台上,结构件的精度及安装同心度的偏差带来了附加转矩,需要去除附加转矩才能得到伺服电机的实际转矩波动值。本文介绍了基于时频域变换的方法去除附加转矩的应用,以及采用LabVIEW软件的设计实现,经过仿真验证,并应用到实际测试系统软件中,取得了满意的效果。 关键词:伺服电机;转矩波动;附加转矩;测试方法 Abstract: Vector control of PMSM is not a completely decoupled control strategy. A completely decoupled linear model of PMSM was proposed by feedback linearization method. Typical feedback linearization control depends on the precision of motor parameters very much. The control performance was sensitive to the parameter variation and external disturbance. Terminal sliding mode control which has rapid convergence feature was applied to the PMSM feedback linearization model. The system stability was proved and the control law was deduced through theoretic analysis. The effectiveness of the control method was confirmed by simulation results.
