摘要:矢量控制永磁同步电机因性能优越在伺服系统中的应用越来越广泛,对电机参数进行准确的辨识是实现精准控制的前提。针对传统测量永磁同步电机参数通常采用特定的仪器需手工完成在线调整困难的缺陷,提出一种在线自动辨识永磁同步电机参数的方法。提出的方法通过控制器产生一组测试信号自动测量电机的定子电阻、交直轴电感、反电势常数、转矩系数、摩擦系数和转动惯量。理论分析和实验表明:和传统方法相比,提出方法自动化程度高,辨识的所有参数误差都在10%以内。 关键词:永磁同步伺服电机;电气参数;机械参数;自动辨识 Abstract: With the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) of vector control with superior performance finding increasingly wide application in servo systems, the accurate identification of PMSM parameters constitutes the prerequisite for the realization of precise control. In response to the defect that traditional measurement of PMSM parameters adopts the specified instruments with online manual adjustment, this paper put forward an online identification method of PMSM parameters. The proposed method can measure PMSM stator resistance, the daxis and qaxis inductance and back EMF coefficient, torque coefficient, friction coefficient and moment of inertia automatically through a set of test signals generated by the controller. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method works more automatically compared with the traditional methods, and the identified parameter errors rate is below 10%.
