摘 要:本文对一台永磁发电机在各种参数下的齿槽转矩及电机性能进行了研究。齿槽转矩作为永磁电机重要的指标之一,直接影响电机性能。分析电机齿槽转矩的表达式,采用等效磁路法设计一台汽车用表面式永磁同步发电机,并采用二维有限元法得到该电机的齿槽转矩。通过改变极弧系数、气隙长度、永磁体形状以及永磁体分段数等不同参数,得到永磁发电机的齿槽转矩波形以及电机相关性能参数。为永磁电机的优化设计提供依据和参考。 关键词:永磁发电机;齿槽转矩;等效磁路法;二维有限元法;电机性能 Abstract: Cogging torque and performance of a permanent magnet generator in terms of various parameters were studied in this paper. As one of the important parameters of the permanent magnet generator, cogging torque has an influence on its performance. Cogging torque of the permanent magnet generator expression was analyzed and obtained. A 2D finite element method was used to model and analyze a permanent magnet synchronous generator. Cogging torque and performance of the generator were obtained in terms of the different parameters including pole embrace, the length of the airgap, the shape of the permanent magnet, permanent magnet segments and etc. The analysis results provide a basis and reference for the optimal design of the permanent magnet generator.
