摘要:为缓释轮毂驱动电动汽车的机电冲击,采用永磁双稳态电磁离合器单元将轮毂与电机的紧固连接转变为柔性连接。分析离合器单元的工作原理及电磁特性得出其适于采用脉冲电源供电。进一步,采用改进的有限元分析方法计算离合器动作过程的动力学特性,得到使其可靠完成离合动作的最小的电流脉冲宽度。最后,样机实验证明了分析及计算结果的有效性。 关键词:电磁离合器;永磁双稳态;动力学分析;最小脉宽 Abstract: Permanent magnet bistable electromagnetic clutch unit (PMBECU) was introduced into in wheel motor drive electric vehicle as to turn rigid connection to flexible form between hub and motor, thus to remit electromagnetic and mechanical impact. The working principle and static force characteristics of PMBECU were analyzed which showed the pulse supply was suitable for this device. Further, the dynamics characteristics of switchover process between engagement and disengagement was calculated by improved finite element analysis, and the minimum pulse width of current which enabled the work of clutch was obtained in consequence. Finally, the analysis and calculating results were validated by experiments on a prototype. Key words: electromagnetic clutch;permanent magnet bistable;dynamics analysis;minimum pulse width
