摘要:永磁交流伺服系统通常追求良好的动态性能,而负载变化对系统动态性能具有较大影响。为解决此问题,本文首先采用模型参考自适应方法得到系统转动惯量,在此基础上解决负载转矩辨识问题,并根据所得负载转矩对系统进行补偿。仿真和实验结果验证了所提方法的可行性和正确性。

The variation of load has a great influence on the dynamic performance of the servo system. To solve this problem, a model reference adaptive method was introduced to identify the rotary inertia. As the rotary inertia was identified, the load torque was obtained and the current loop was compensated. The simulation and experiment showed that the dynamic performance of PM AC servo system was improved, and validate the analysis in this paper.
