摘要:步进电动机的发展方向是寻求一种快速性有明显提高的主流系列产品。增强型结构的混合式步进电动机被认为应能成为主流步进电动机的发展趋势。本文是上述思路延续工作的阶段性成果,是对上述发展之路的确认和新的发展,提出了混合式步进电动机的超强型齿层新结构,使混合式步进电动机的比转矩系数进一步提高,并对系列产品综合技术经济指标提升问题深入和具体化,采取的技术措施系统配套,使新系列产品的开发工作进入工业样机阶段。 Abstract: The authors argued that the innovation target of market dominating hybrid stepping motor series should be on pursuing the remarkable improvement of high dynamic performance and demonstrated that evolved development from enhanced hybrid stepping motor would be the best successor candidates. This presentation will be developing the former ideas into more detailed theoretical analysis and depicting the testing results of various engineering practice. The patented hypertorquetoothlayer structural model of hybrid stepping motor was introduced for comprehension on the increased normalization torque constant. As part of the unit product, the corresponding closed loop driving and controlling methodology was discussed as well for achieving the high dynamic system performance. In additional to the technology aspects, the improved economic benefits and cost performance of the proposed unit stepping motor system were also studied and depicted by the testing results from the production working samples with the intent of facilitating the acceptance of industries.
