摘要:普通PID控制作为一种线性控制方法,在一些环境条件变化的影响之下无法保持设计时的性能指标。机械臂关节用无刷直流电机要求控制精度高,但由于其非线性的特点,普通PID控制难以做到精确控制。模糊控制具有非线性、变结构、自寻优等优点,采用模糊逻辑实时调整PID控制器参数,可以克服无刷直流电机系统中变参数、变结构和非线性等因素。仿真结果表明参数自适应模糊PID控制响应快、无超调、鲁棒性好,动静态性能均优于普通PID控制,能够做到无刷直流电机精确控制。 关键词:无刷直流电机;非线性;参数自适应;模糊PID Abstract: Classical PID control cant maintain the design of performance indicators under the influence of some environmental conditions changed as a kind of linear control method. The motor using in robot arm joints requires high control precision, but the classical PID control is difficult to achieve precise control with the BLDCM system nonlinearity. Because of fuzzy logic have advantages of nonlinear ,variable structure and selfoptimization.By using fuzzy logic to change the parameter of the PID controller realtime, can overcome the disadvantages of brushless DC motor, such as variable structure,parameter and the nonlinearity. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller of fast response, nonovershoot and good robustness, dynamic and static performance are better than the classical PID controller, to achieve the precise control of BLDC motor.
