摘要:由于滑模无位置传感器的永磁同步电机控制系统存在较大的抖动,为了削弱电机在稳态时的抖振以及改善电机的动态响应状况,针对一个低压永磁同步电机,结合模糊控制的方法,并使用锁相环方法来估算电机的转速,实现了电机的无位置控制方法的优化。通过仿真和实验分析电机运行时的转速指标和位置误差,证明优化后的控制方法可以实现对低压永磁同步电机位置的有效估算。并且能够获得比单独采用滑模无位置控制方法更好的动态响应效果。 关键词:滑模观测器;模糊算法;动态响应;稳态抖振;速度估计 Abstract: Focused on the speed buffeting existed in PMSM which used the sliding mode observation(SMO), in order to reduce the buffeting and at the same time improve the dynamic response of the PMSM, this paper combined the SMO method and fuzzy control to optimize the position sensorless method control.At the same time, the phaselocked loop method was used to estimate the speed of the motor based on a lowvoltage PMSM.The speed index and position error of the motor was analyzed by simulation and experiment. It is proved that the optimized control method can effectively estimate the position of the lowvoltage PMSM and obtain better dynamic response than the SMO control method alone.
