摘要:对某高速高载异步减速电机在不同润滑条件下造成的故障进行了探讨和分析,并优化结构以改善润滑条件。结果表明,电机高速高载高温持续运行下,保证润滑的充分性,提高润滑循环的流通性,可达到有效润滑和有效冷却的目的,实现电机的稳定运行。 关键词:高速电机;减速电机;润滑;冷却 Abstract: In this paper, the fault of a high speed and high load asynchronous gear motor under different lubrication conditions was discussed and analyzed, and the structure was optimized to improve the lubrication conditions. The results show that under the conditions of high speed, high load and high temperature running, the sufficient lubrication was guaranteed and the circulating performance of lubrication oil was improved. The purpose of effective lubrication and cooling can be achieved and the stable operation of the motor can be realized. Key words: high speed motor; gear motor; lubrication; cooling
