标题:无铁心与软磁复合材料永磁电机研究综述

摘要:近年来,无铁心电机和软磁复合材料永磁电机受到了越来越多研究人员的关注,提升了电机在体积、重量以及转矩密度、功率因数甚至成本等方面的优势,并已有大量文献对两种类型永磁电机的设计和应用进行了深入研究。本文对国内外无铁心电机和软磁复合材料电机研究现状进行了总结和归纳,介绍了无铁心电机的主要类型,绕组以及永磁体的排布方式,分析了永磁体排布和尺寸对电机气隙磁密的影响,介绍了软磁复合材料的基本磁性能,应用的主要磁路结构类型和必要的铁损分析,最后总结展望了两种类型电机的相关技术研究发展方向。

Abstract: In recent years, the ironless motors and the soft magnetic composite motors with the ability to reduce volume, weight and even cost as well as increase torque density and power factor of motors, are drawing more and more attention from researchers. Comprehensive literatures related to topologies and applications of these two types of motors have published. Here, the development and research over the word were summarized in the first. Then the main types of the ironless motor, windings and the arrangement of permanent magnets were introduced. Meanwhile, the effect of the permanent magnet size on the air gap magnetic density was analyzed. Moreover, the significant magnetic properties of soft magnetic composite materials, the main types of motors where the materials apply, and the necessary analysis of iron loss were discussed. Finally, the related technologies of the two type motors were summarized.
