摘  要：介绍了无轴承薄片电动机基本工作原理和无轴承薄片电动机与泵系统的结构；综述了无轴承薄片电动机的研究发展历史；详细论述了其与泵系统在半导体工业、化工工业及生物工程等领域的应用特点和意义，展望了我国研究和应用无轴承薄片电机及泵系统的前景。

Abstract:Introduced the principle of bearingless slice motor and the configuration of bearingless slice motor with pump.Overviewed the study and development of bearingless slice motor.Dissertated the excellences and significances adopting bearingless motors with pump in semiconductor industries,chemical industries,biologic engineering,and so on.In the end,viewed the prospect researching and applying bearingless slice motors with pump in our country.
