摘要:通过分析无刷直流电机驱动柱塞泵液压系统的结构特点和工作原理,对不同负载流量下电机的起动、液压系统的建压和负载功率等进行了研究。通过分析可知电机在不同负载流量下达到额定转速的时间基本相同,而液压系统达到额定压力的时间随着负载流量的增加而增加,且由于蓄能器的存在使得在起动过程中负载功率非常大。最后通过试验对比分析了不同负载流量下电机的转速和液压系统的压力变化过程。
关键词:柱塞泵;无刷直流电机;蓄能器;起动过程 Abstract: By analyzing the structure and theory of axial piston pump hydraulic system driven by brushless DC motor, the speed of motor and pressure of the hydraulic system were studied in the paper. The rise time of the motor speed is almost the same with flow of liquid changed. But the rise time of the pressure increases with flow increasing. At the starting process, the power of the load is very high because of the accumulator. The experimental results show the process with different flow of liquid.
