摘要:无刷直流电机具有强耦合、非线性特点,针对传统PI算法在实际控制过程中存在响应速度慢、动态性能差等问题,设计无刷直流电动机模糊自适应PI 控制系统,采用转速电流双闭环控制,转速环采用模糊PI自适应控制器,电流环采用滞环控制器。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,将独立功能模块和S函数相结合,搭建各功能子模块,建立BLDCM调速系统的仿真模型。仿真试验结果表明,模糊PI自适应控制系统具有比传统PI响应速度快,控制精度高,运行稳定等优点。 关键词:无刷直流电机;模糊PI自适应;电流滞环;双闭环 Abstract: Brushless DC motor has characteristics of strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics. In view of the problems of slow response and poor dynamic performance with traditional PI algorithm in the actual control process, a fuzzy PI adaptive control system of BLDCM was presented. The system adopted speed and current closed dualloops, that is, Fuzzy PI adaptive speed controller and Hysteresis current controller. In Matlab/Simulink, control subsystem blocks were modeled by the combination of isolated function blocks and SFunctions. The model of BLDCM can be established by the organic combination of the subsystem blocks. Simulation results verifed that fuzzyPI adaptive control system has advantages over traditional PI control with faster response speed, higher control accuracy, and more stable operation.
