摘要：针对无刷直流电机三相全桥逆变电路中单功率管开路故障，提出一种采用检测单相绕组电流，利用相电流中包含的故障信号，诊断功率管开路故障的方法。该方法可诊断出故障功率管号，为容错控制及故障的排除提供依据；不受电机开闭环及斩波方式的限制，运用灵活。运用所提方法，进行无刷直流电机单功率管开路故障诊断仿真研究，仿真结果验证了所提方法能在线诊断出单功率管的开路故障。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the brushless DC motor threephase full bridge inverter circuit in single power tube open circuit fault, put forward a kind of diagnosis method. Pass through testing the single phase winding current,using the fault signal included in the phase currents ,diagnose open circuit fault of single power tube. The method can diagnose the fault power tube number, provide the basis for fault tolerant control and fault elimination, and can not be restricted by the closed loop of the motor and the chopping mode. Using the proposed method, the open circuit fault diagnosis simulation of a brushless DC motor was carried out. The simulation results show that the proposed method can diagnose the open circuit fault on line.
