摘 要:针对现在广泛应用的基于霍尔效应原理的磁敏式开关位置传感器,以两相导通星形三相六状态桥式控制电动机为例,推导了无刷直流电动机电流、转矩等参数,在此基础上说明了绕组最佳换相角度,确定了位置传感器的理论安装位置,特别指出了位置传感器位置安装差异对电动机效率的影响;然后分析了不同绕组下霍尔元件的最佳安装位置;最后提出了无刷直流电动机霍尔元件安装位置的确定方法。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;位置传感器;霍尔元件;安装位置
Abstract: The position sensor is one of the main parts in the BLDC motor,it can detect the position of rotor magnetic pole,provides the correct commutative information for the logic switch circuit.Aiming at the magnetic-sense switch position sensor,this paper took the bridge-style control motor of star-shaped three-phases six-stated as an example.At first,the calculating equation of the parameters of the current and torque in the BLDC motor was derived,and it could explain the best commutative angle of the tri-winding.This paper especially indicated the obvious effect of the motor’s efficiency due to the sensor’s positional difference.And the paper analyzed the best mounting position of the sensor for the different windings.In the end,proposed method to confirm the mounting position of the BLDC motor’s Hall sensor.
