摘要:利用等效热网络法和三维有限元法计算无刷直流力矩电机温升时考率了端部导热胶的存在,给出了导热胶在两种方法计算温升时的处理方式,并以一台无刷直流力矩电机为例,通过两种方法对其温升计算得到的数值与实验值比较,验证了计算方法的准确性。同时,还分析了无刷直流力矩电机转轴及装配气隙对电机温升的影响。 关键词:等效热网络法;无刷直流力矩电机;三维有限元法;导热胶 Abstract: Considering the existence of heatconducting glue in the end when using the equivalent thermal network and the three dimensional finite element method to calculate the brushless dc torque motor temperature rise, how to deal with heatconducting glue in the two methods were given, and in the case of a brushless dc torque motor, by comparing calculation value and experimental value, the accuracy of the calculation method was verified. At the same time, the torque motor shaft and the assembly of the air gap′s influence on the motor temperature rise were also analyzed.
