摘要:提出了一种新型结构轴向磁通的双凸极电机。通过磁路法和有限元法实现发电机参数设计,给出定转子尺寸,永磁体大小,绕组数等参数。利用有限元方法对提出的新型电机进行了静态分析,得到空载情况下,不同转子位置时的磁场分布,磁链等特性。仿真结果证明所设计的新型电机同时具有双凸极和轴向磁通电机的特性,与理论分析一致,具有实用性。 关键词:双凸极永磁;轴向磁通;有限元分析 Abstract: A new type of axial flux permanent magnet generator with doubly salient structure was proposed. By means of magnetic circuit method and finite element method, parameters of the new generator were [JP3]obtained, including size of stators, rotors and magnet, numbers of windings, etc. The newly proposed generator[JP] was analyzed by FEM. Field distributions, linkage and other characteristics with different rotor positions in no-load operations were achieved. The simulation testifies that, in accord with theoretical analysis, the newly designed generator with characteristics of both doubly salient motors and axial flux motors is practical.
