摘要:永磁齿轮是一种没有物理接触的齿轮,具有传统机械齿轮不具备的优点。双方向永磁体激磁的轴向永磁齿轮属于磁场调制式永磁齿轮的一种,为了充分利用装置的内部空间,加装了轴向激磁的永磁体,同时研究开发了一种特殊结构的调磁环,该调磁环结构充分考虑了永磁体的端部漏磁,对端部漏磁加以利用,调磁环同时对轴起到支撑作用,可以很好地解决装配问题。另外用有限元法对新结构的永磁齿轮进行了优化,仿真计算结果显示,新结构的永磁齿轮转矩传递平稳可靠。 关键词:磁齿轮;新结构;优化;有限元 Abstract: Permanent magnetic gear (PMG) was a kind of gear without physics contact, and it had advantages which mechanical gears didn't have. Axial magnetic gear with double directions magnetized PMs was one of magnetic field modulating PMGs. In order to take advantage of the inner space of the device, the axial magnetized PMs were installed. A modulating ring which had a special structure was developed, and it could take advantage of end leakage of PMs. Also, the new structure modulating ring could support the shaft, so the assembling problem could be solved. Moreover the new structure of PMG was optimized by FEM. The simulation studies show that the torque of the new structure PMG is smooth and steady.
