摘要:电主轴是高速数控机床的核心部件,一般采用星角转换控制解决低速大扭矩粗加工和高速大功率精加工的能力的实际应用需求,但异步电机角接等效电路参数与星接的不一样,FAUNC、西门子等数控企业驱动器控制参数是星接电路参数,因此,需要将角接电路参数转化为星接参数,本文采用能量守恒定律及异步电机等效电路方程,详细推导相应的星接等效参数,为计算星角变换的高速异步电机等效电路参数提供计算方法和依据。 关键词:电主轴;星角变换;星接;角接;等效电路 Abstract: The digital spindle is the core component of highspeed CNC machine tool, StarDelta changeover control has been adopted to solve practice requirement of rough machining, low speed and high torque, as well as finish machining, high speed and high power. But the delta connection equivalent circuit parameters of asynchronous motor are different from that of star connection. And the equivalent circuit parameters of asynchronous motor with delta connection is not the same, FAUNC, SIEMENS and other companies drive CNC control needs the star connection equivalent circuit parameters, it is necessary to convert the delta connection circuit parameters into that of the star. This paper adopted the law of energy conservation and induction motor equivalent circuit equation, derived and calculated the corresponding the star connection equivalent parameters, the basis and method for calculating the equivalent circuit parameters of high speed asynchronous motor calculation star delta changover calculation was provided.
