摘要:针对积分型滑模变结构控制算法在变工况时的不足,提出了改进型积分滑模变结构算法。首先通过理论分析搭建了永磁同步直线电机的仿真模型,并在此模型进行了改进型算法可行性的验证,通过验证得出该算法能够有效地改善变工况时超调量大、过渡时间长等缺点,提高了系统的鲁棒性。然后利用代码生成工具结合STM32CubeMX进行了代码生成和实验,进一步验证了改进型积分滑模变结构算法可以有效改善直线电机的控制性能。仿真结果和实验结果均表明,改进算法响应快速、超调小、控制精度优良,在永磁同步直线电机应用中具有可行性和有效性,能够为改善直线电机的控制性能提供参考。 Abstract: In this paper, an improved sliding mode variable structure algorithm was proposed to solve the problem of integral sliding mode variable structure control under variable working conditions. Through theoretical analysis, a simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was built. The effectiveness of the improved algorithm was proved in this model. The algorithm can improve the overshoot and long transition time when changing the working conditions, and improve the robustness of the system. The code was generated by tools with STM32CubeMX, and verified by experiments. It is proved that the improved integral sliding mode variable structure algorithm can effectively improve the control performance of thelinear motor.
