摘要:建立了石油抽油机用外转子永磁同步电机三维模型,基于该模型,使用Maxwell软件分析其内部磁场和径向电磁力,得出电磁力的频谱图;使用Ansys软件对该永磁同步电机进行模态分析,得出其各阶固有频率,通过分析固有频率和电磁力计算结果,得出对永磁同步电机振动影响较大的频率点,为外转子永磁同步电机避免共振提供参考,为分析电磁噪声奠定基础。 关键词:径向电磁力;振动;外转子;永磁同步电机 Abstract: This paper established the 3D model of external rotor PM synchronous motor for oil pumping machine, analyzed the internal magnetic field and the radial electromagnetic forceand obtained the spectrum of electromagnetic force using a kind of software named Maxwell. Each natural frequency of external rotor motor was obtained through carrying modal analysis by Ansysworkbench. This paper obtained these frequency points which had a major influence on motor vibration by analyzing the results from modal analysis and electromagnetic force, which could serve as the basis for avoiding resonance in the design of the external rotor motor and for the analysis of electromagnetic noise.
