摘要：对微电机铁心槽绝缘环氧树脂粉末涂熔敷设备的工作原理作扼要阐述，并通过对微电机铁心内槽涂覆设备的应用以及对涂层工艺进行探索、实践、研究，总结出一套成熟的电机铁心绝缘层熔敷工艺和提出消除涂层缺陷的措施，指导电机绝缘层熔敷新工艺的推广应用。

Abstract: This paper briefly explained the working principle of the micro motor iron core slot insulating epoxy resin powder coating deposition equipment, and through the study, practice, research on micro motor iron core slot coating apparatus and coating application process, summed up a set of mature motor iron core insulation layer deposition process and puts forward the measures to eliminate the defects in the coating, new technology application layer coating insulation guide motor.
