摘要:根据交流异步电动机在实际生产中处于周期性变工况状态下运行的特点,探究了异步电动机处于空载、轻载运行状态下,调节电源电压进行节能运行的电压调节空间;从导出的不考虑和考虑杂散损耗最优电压控制曲线上,确定了考虑杂散损耗最优电压控制方式;基于现场电流采集形式,搭建了对应的异步电机定子电流最优电压跟踪仿真模型,证明了设计的最优电压跟踪方案的可行性。 关键词:周期性负载;调压节能;杂散损耗;电压跟踪 Abstract: This article is to explore the possibilities of voltage regulation for energy saving of asynchronous motor both in noload performance and light load performance, according to the running features of the motor under actual periodic variable conditions. It determined the optimal method on voltage control considering stray loss, comparing and analyzing optimal voltage curves with or without considering stray losses. Based on the current collection form, it also built a corresponding stator current induction motoroptimal voltage tracking simulation model, which proved the feasibility of the optimal voltage tracking scheme.
