摘要:对高功率密度电机的损耗模型进行了研究,基于温度场的热流交换模型,对电机转子的换热方式进行修正,采用仿真与试验结合的方法研究了电机转子、定子、壳体、绕组等部件的温度场分布;对比分析了不同转子材料和换热方式对转子温度场的影响,论证了无磁不锈钢材料在转子永磁体加固方面的优势。 关键词:电机;损耗;温度场;仿真;试验 Abstract: The loss model of high power density motor was studied. The way to transfer heat of the rotor is corrected which is based on the heat exchange model. The temperature field simulation model and the experiment method was established for analyzing each part of the motor temperature,obtaining the temperature distribution about rotor, stator, housing, windings and so on. Finally, different materials and different heat exchanger of rotor was comparative analyzed for further illustrating the advantages of nonmagnetic stainless steel in reinforcing the permanent magnet .
