摘要:宇航运动机构方案设计中,针对定位精度、速度稳定度、工作效率等不同要求,运动机构分别选用不同种类的电机作为其力矩执行单元,电机种类选型的多样化造成了其配套驱动控制产品的多样化和定制化特点。为了提高宇航驱动控制产品的集成度和轻量化,以几种典型运动机构的驱动控制产品为例,提出了一种基于综合电子架构的模块化设计方案,并从故障隔离、任务可靠度方面进行架构及工作模式优化。通过样机的研制和调试,验证了设计方案的有效性,为后续相关宇航型号工程研制提供参考。 关键词:宇航;综合电子;模块化;电机控制 Abstract: In the system design of the space motion mechanism, different kinds of motor was used as the actuator unit, due to the different requirements of the positioning accuracy, speed stability, moment efficiency. The variety of motor type has caused the variety and customization of the motor controller design for aerospace application. In order to improve the integration and light weight of the aerospace motor controller, a modular design method based on integrated electronic architecture was proposed. By the development of the prototype, the effectiveness of the design method was verified, which provided a reference for the related aerospace engineering.
