摘要:在电机电磁感应热套工艺过程中,针对工件温升过快,内外温度不均造成热套失败的常规问题,提出了将现有的一站式加热工艺方法改变为三段式循序渐进梯度式加热。经试验证明,此工艺方法操作简单可靠,很大程度地降低了报废率及能耗,节约了生产成本。 关键词:电机热套工艺;电磁感应;三段式梯度加热 Abstract: In the motor electromagnetic induction hotsleeve process, the uneven temperature inside and outside made the hotsleeve process failure. Three stages gradient heating was put forward to instead of one stage mode. The tests show that the three stages gradient heating is simple and reliable with the low scrap rate and the low energy consumption and saves the cost of production.
