摘要:在分析与阐释永磁直线电机发热机理的基础上,运用电机内热交换理论,建立了永磁直线电机传热模型。基于Ansys确立并加载了电机的热损耗及边界条件,对其进行有限元分析计算,得到了永磁直线电机温度场的分布。计算结果与实验测试数据具有较高的一致性,表明了理论分析模型和计算方法的准确性。 关键词:永磁直线同步电动机;有限元;温度场;传热 Abstract: The mathematical model of heat transfer in permanent magnet linear motor by heat exchange theory is established. Based on Ansys, the thermal field of permanent magnet linear motor was simulated by determining the boundary conditions. The simulation results were coincided well with the experimental results, which proved the effectiveness and accuracy of the theoretical model and the FEM simulation method.
