摘要:本文提出了一种电机伺服系统的新型拓扑结构,采用驱动模块冗余技术,结合电机的多重绕组形式,从原理上提升伺服系统的可靠性和容错能力。由于电机多重绕组的磁势存在耦合现象,因此,本文对系统的电压平衡方程进行了分析,结合PI控制,建立系统的数学模型,并对系统控制函数进行分析,证明了多余度电机伺服系统的可控性以及稳定性。 关键词:多余度;耦合;数学模型;控制函数 Abstract: In this paper, a new topology of the motor servo system is proposed, which is based on the redundancy technology of drive module and the multi winding form of the motor. Because the motor windings of multiple magnetic force coupling exists, therefore, the voltage balance equation of the system is analyzed, combining with PI control, establish the mathematical model of the system, and the system control function, controllable redundant motor servo system and the stability is proved.
