摘要:为了提升电机伺服系统的可靠性,本文从系统的可靠性设计出发,以提升系统容错性能为方向,采用冗余技术,对控制器硬件系统拓扑结构进行重新设计。增加了驱动环节和电机绕组的冗余度,设计了多余度电机伺服系统。之后参考国军标GJB/Z 299C-2006,基于数理统计可靠性预计法对系统进行可靠性定量计算,对传统电机伺服系统和多余度电机伺服系统的可靠性进行比较。从理论上证明了多余度电机伺服系统对于提升系统可靠性的意义。 关键词:容错设计;多余度;可靠性预计;伺服系统 Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of the motor servo system, this article embarked from the system reliability design, taking improve systems fault tolerance as the direction, using redundant technology, to redesign topological structure of the controller hardware system. Increasing redundancy of driving links and the motor winding, redundancy motor servo system was designed. After refer to military specifications GJB/Z 299C2006, based on the reliability prediction method of mathematical statistics on the system reliability quantitative calculation, to compare the reliability of the traditional motor servo system and the redundancy of the servo system. Theoretically proved the meaning of that the redundancy motor servo system to improve system reliability. Key words: fault tolerant design;redundancy;reliability prediction;servo system
