摘要:为解决永磁同步电机设计中磁路计算复杂、查表工作繁琐以及优化设计过程中迭代处理耗时的问题,基于Microsoft Visual Studio 2010开发工具,将改进型自适应遗传算法用于电机优化设计中,利用C++语言将电机电磁计算程序与优化算法相结合,设计出具有友好界面的永磁电机优化设计软件,快速准确地找到电机设计的最优解,缩短了开发周期,大大提高了电机优化设计的效率;通过有限元软件Ansoft对优化前后的电机设计方案进行静态和瞬态的仿真分析,仿真结果表明了该电机优化设计软件的有效性和实用性。 关键词:永磁同步电机;遗传算法;优化设计;有限元 Abstract: In order to solve the problems that magnetic circuit calculation in permanent magnet synchronous motor design is complex, lookup table work is tedious and iterative processing in the course of optimization design is timeconsuming , an improved adaptive genetic algorithm was used for the motor optimization design, using C++ language to combine the motor electromagnetic calculation program and optimization algorithm , designing a friendly interface of permanent magnet motor optimization design software based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development tools , It can quickly and accurately find the optimal solution of the motor design, shorten the development cycle and greatly improve the efficiency of the motor design optimization; The finite element software Ansoft was used to simulation analysis the motor design scheme before and after the optimization in static and transient situations, The simulation results show that the effectiveness and practicability of the optimization motor design software.
