摘要:本文在分析SVPWM输出能力的基础上,确定了永磁同步电机弱磁区域,基于转子磁场定向的矢量控制,提出了一种基于正六边形的负id补偿的弱磁控制方法。该方法基于SVPWM能输出的最大电压矢量构成的正六边形而调制出负id弱磁电流,相比传统的基于内切圆的负id补偿的弱磁方法,该方法简化了计算,电压利用率更高,调速范围更广。理论分析和实验表明该方法的可行性和正确性。 关键词:永磁同步电机;弱磁;SVPWM;正六边形;矢量控制 Abstract: This paper delimited the fluxweakening area of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on the output ability of SVPWM. It proposed a fluxweakening method of negative id compensation of hexagon based on fieldoriented vector control. The method generated a negative id current for fluxweakening based on the maximum voltage vector of hexagon that SVPWM can output. It simplified calculation, has a higher voltage utilization ratio and a wider speed range, compared with the traditional fluxweakening method of negative id compensation based on the inscribed circle. Theoretical analysis and experiment show the correctness and feasibility of the method. Key words: PMSM; fluxweakening; SVPWM; hexagonal; vector control
