摘要:随着现代控制技术的发展,永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统在驱动控制领域得到了广泛的应用,同时其控制算法也越来越复杂。传统的基于DSP CCS环境的嵌入式软件开发方式效率低、周期长。因此,基于Matlab代码自动生成功能,提出Matlab与CCS联合控制思想,进行了PMSM矢量控制的研究。在Matlab/Simulink环境下采用模块式结构,首先分别对电机的速度环调节、电流调节、SVPWM等模型进行仿真研究,并引入定点计算以优化系统的性能;然后将所建立的控制模型直接转化成CCS可识别的控制程序,进而完成电机的控制。实验结果表明该方法切实可行,为永磁同步矢量控制的研究提供一种新的思路。 关键词:PMSM;矢量控制;Matlab CCS;联合控制 Abstract: With the development of modern control technology,the PMSM in many high performance,high efficiency of the drive control field has been widely used,the control algorithm is more and more complex.Traditional software development method based on DSP CCS environment is low efficiency and long cycle. Therefore, the function of code generation based on the Matlab,proposing a combinedcontrol idea through Matlab and CCS,researches on vector control of PMSM .In the Matlab/Simulink ,using a modular structure,respectively, first, researched speed ring on the motor control simulation , current models of regulation and SVPWM and introduce fixedpoint calculation to optimize system performance ;the control models built can he directly converted to control programs identified by CCS to achieve the realtime control of the motor.The experimental results show that this method is feasible,provides a new idea of Study of vector control of PMSM.
