摘要:介绍一种用于超声电机的电气、机械性能测试的自动测试系统。该系统以TI公司生产的单片机MSP430为核心处理器,充分利用其内部外设模块,并结合外围传感器及信号处理电路,可测试超声电机系统的各种电气、机械性能,用于评估并改善电机系统。详细介绍系统的硬件设计方法及上位机和下位机的软件编程技术。该系统具有功能丰富、测试效率高和使用方便等特点。 关键词:MSP430;超声电机;测试系统 Abstract: An automatic testing system used for the electrical and mechanical performances test of ultrasonic motor was presented. In this system, MCU MSP430 from TI is used as the core processor. By making full use of its internal peripheral modules and combining with external sensors and signal processing circuits, various electrical and mechanical performances of ultrasonic motor can be tested. Then the system can be used to evaluate and improve ultrasonic motor. The design method of hardware and the software programming of PC and MCU was introduced in detail. The system has the advantages of rich functions, high test efficiency and convenient operation and so on. Key words: MSP430; Ultrasonic motor; Testing system
