摘要:本文以陀螺仪和单片机为核心基础,对电机测速系统的结构进行了了解,并分析系统设计中的硬件设计以及软件设计要点,最终设计出基于单片机的电机测量装置,该电机测速装置具有线路简单、测速精度高、成本低、安装调试方便等特点,尤其是在测量空间有限或传感器不便安装的条件下,该测量方法有明显的优势。 关键词:陀螺仪;单片机;电机测速 Abstract: This paper is based on gyro instrument and microcontroller, researched the structure of motor speed system, analysed the principle of speedmeasuring and the system design in the hardware and the software points, eventually designed the motor measurement device based on microcontroller. This device has many following characteristics, simple wiring, and speed precision high, cost low, installation debugging convenient,the measurement method has obvious advantages, especially in measurement space limited or sensor inconvenience installation of conditions.
