标题:基于MATV和AML方法的永磁电机声辐射分析 |

摘要:为分析永磁电机电磁噪声,介绍了基于模态的声学传递矢量 (MATV)和自动匹配层 (AML)的声学计算理念。借助JMAG软件分析电机在1 200 r/min时气隙电磁力分布,并将平面电磁力进行拉伸,映射至定子绕组。使用Hypermesh划分定子结构网格,通过Ansys分析定子结构的约束模态。利用 VirtualLab计算定子振动位移响应、ISO 3744声功率传递矢量及其辐射噪声,发现减少定子刚度可以有效衰减高频响应量,而当辐射声功率小于30dB(A)或者在2700Hz到5500Hz范围内时,阻尼基本不起作用。 关键词:永磁同步电机;基于模态的声学传递矢量;自动匹配层;电磁振动;电磁噪声 Abstract: To analyze electromagnetic noise of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), an acoustic computing philosophy based on Modal Acoustic Transfer Vector (MATV) and Automatically Matched Layer (AML) was introduced in this paper. Firstly, the air gap electromagnetic force spatial distribution of this motor at 1200RPM, mapped for the stator and coils, was analyzed by means of JMAG Designer. Then the finite element model of this PMSM was created in Hypermesh and its constraint modal was computed by Ansys. Modal superposition method was used to calculate the vibration and acoustical response with the restraint modal in Virtual.Lab, which shows reducing the stiffness can effectively attenuate high frequency response and damping does not work if sound power is less than 30dB(A) or from 2700Hz to 5500Hz.
